Questions

FAQs

Is Plaid safe?

Yes. Plaid is the standard for fintech account aggregation (Chime, Venmo, Robinhood, and most modern banking apps run on it). Credentials are never stored by StationPro. Plaid holds the connection and we receive read-only feeds.

How do I pay vendors?

Three options: ACH (cheapest, 1 to 3 business days), EFT/same-day where supported, or printed checks with positive-pay confirmation. Per-payment fee is 0.8% capped at $5.00 plus $0.25. The approval workflow sits inside StationPro; the actual money movement is via a backing bank-as-a-service partner.
