Pilot
One station. One month. No tricks.
The shape of every StationPro pilot. The same terms appear in your pilot letter. This page just makes them public so your procurement team can verify before the call.
The 30-day arc
How a pilot actually runs.
Six checkpoints from start to finish, each with a fixed scope and an exit signal.
Kickoff call
30 minutes. Confirm POS, accounting platform, lottery vendor, store profile. Agree on the 3 success criteria.
Connection
POS feed, QuickBooks sync, Plaid bank link, lottery commission backfill. We do this; you don’t need IT.
Training
Clerks trained in a single shift. Owners trained in a 30-minute session. EOD goes live.
Observation
Loss Radar runs against live data. First anomalies surface. We tune thresholds with you.
Proof
You operate StationPro independently. We check in once a week. Founders remain on-call 24/7.
Review
60-minute call against the 3 criteria. Decide on expansion.

The terms, verbatim
Nine terms. The same nine in your pilot letter.
Scope: one station, fully wired.
You pick the station that hurts the most. We onboard your POS feed, accounting sync, lottery, and EOD on that single location. The pilot is the whole platform, just narrowed to one site.
Term: 30 days, then month-to-month.
The first 30 days is the formal pilot window. After that, you continue month-to-month at the same plan rate. There is no auto-conversion to an annual contract.
Billing: monthly, prorated.
You’re billed monthly at the Starter rate for one station ($149). Pro-rated from day-of-onboarding. No setup fee, no implementation services line item.
Cancellation: one click, any time.
In the billing settings of your dashboard there is a "Cancel" button. Click it and the next month is not billed. We won’t make you call.
Hardware: none required.
No hardware purchase is part of the pilot. We work with whatever POS, ATG, and accounting platform you already use. Optional barcode scanners for lottery are bring-your-own.
Data ownership: yours.
All data ingested into StationPro is yours. On cancellation you can export everything as CSV: transactions, EOD records, invoices, vendor history, audit log. Your account stays on read-only for 30 days after cancellation so you can pull anything you forgot.
Support: a founder, 24/7.
For the duration of the pilot, you have a founder’s direct cell phone for urgent issues and a founder-monitored email inbox for routine ones. No tiered support, no ticket queue.
Success criteria: agreed up front.
Before the pilot starts, we agree on 3 measurable outcomes (e.g. "EOD time under 10 min", "first shrinkage event attributed in week 2", "invoice OCR accuracy above 95% on 50 invoices"). On day 30 we review them. If we miss any, we say so explicitly.
Expansion path: documented.
If the pilot meets criteria, we propose an expansion plan, typically rolling the next 2–3 stations on within 30 days, then the rest within 60. Expansion pricing reflects your portfolio size automatically (Starter / Growth / Portfolio tier).
Pilot terms
A note on this page
We publish pilot terms publicly because the biggest objection we hear from independent operators isn't price or features. It's “how do I know what I'm signing up for?” Putting the actual terms on a URL your team can read before our call removes that objection without anyone needing to ask. If anything here is unclear, that's a bug. Tell us.
Ready to start the pilot conversation?
A 30-minute call. We scope the pilot to your station, agree on success criteria, and start the clock when you're ready.
