Onboarding

What happens after you book.

No multi-week procurement cycle. The path from a 30-minute call to a live pilot in your stations is four steps.

  1. Step 01

    30-minute workflow review

A founder walks through your POS, lottery vendor, accounting platform, and the variances you most want answered. No deck.

  2. Step 02

    Demo tenant in your shape

We seed a tenant with stores configured to your operating profile, fuel mix, inside-sales mix, lottery vendor, payroll cadence, so the screens feel like yours.

  3. Step 03

    Integration & onboarding plan

Concrete plan in writing: which integrations turn on first, which workflows clerks see, who trains them, and which three success criteria the pilot is measured against.

  4. Step 04

    Pilot one station first

Start with your highest-pain station for 30–60 days. Expand only when the leakage data and EOD time savings prove out.

FAQ

Pricing questions.

More questions about a specific plan? Ask a founder.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No. Onboarding for the first 30 days is included in every plan, data migration, integration with your POS and accounting platform, and live training for clerks and managers.

What does onboarding actually include?

A 30-minute workflow review, a demo tenant configured to your station profile, integration with your POS and QuickBooks, lottery backfill, clerk training in a single shift, and a written success-criteria document. A founder runs this directly, not a handoff to a CSM team.

Do I need a long-term contract?

No. Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel anytime; your data exports as CSV and your books stay yours. We earn the renewal every month.

Can I pilot with one station first?

Yes, and we recommend it. Pick your highest-pain station, run for 30–60 days, expand once the numbers prove out. Same per-store price; no commitment to roll the rest.

What if I run out of invoice pages?

You don't lose access, we bill for overage at $0.04 / page (Starter) or $0.035 / page (Growth+). Most stations stay inside their included pool.

Do you support legacy POS systems?

Yes. Verifone Commander, Gilbarco Passport (Net2 export), NCR Radiant, Toshiba, and bridge from Series2K and PDI Enterprise so you can cut over without replacing hardware.

What hardware do I need?

StationPro is browser-based and works on any phone, tablet, or PC. The only optional hardware is a barcode scanner for lottery, and most stations already have one.

Is support US-based?

Yes. Support is run by the founders and a small US-based engineering team. There is no offshore tier-1 desk; the person who replies to your ticket has the access to fix it.

Can I export my data?

Yes, anytime. CSV export from every module, EOD, lottery, invoices, fuel, loss attribution, and your QuickBooks file stays with you. If you ever leave, you keep your books and your history.

Is my data secure?

Yes. AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. AWS hosting in US-East and US-West with daily snapshots. See /security for the full controls list.
