What Veeder-Root TLS is.

Veeder-Root TLS consoles are automatic tank gauges used to monitor fuel inventory and site conditions. Available reports and functions depend on the console, installed software and site configuration.

Records to review for a Veeder-Root TLS workflow.

Scope authorized tank inventory, delivery and alarm reports alongside POS sales and bills of lading. Confirm tank identifiers, units, timestamps and a supported record-access method before rollout.

Where the wider workflow needs attention.

A tank reading or alarm needs context from deliveries, recorded sales and the site team. A difference alone does not establish a physical loss.

A useful first workflow to scope.

A scoped fuel-review workflow can compare the available records, assemble the evidence and assign the next review to a store owner. Physical inspections and equipment actions remain with your authorized site team.

How Veeder-Root TLS onboarding works.

  1. Scoping call

A 30-minute walk-through of your current setup with Veeder-Root TLS. We confirm credentials, data shape, and the workflows you need feeding into StationPro.

  2. Connection

Confirm a permitted API, export, file or computer-use path for Veeder-Root TLS. Record the required vendor approval and any dependency before committing to timing.

  3. Backfill

Test representative Veeder-Root TLS records against their source. Agree on history, freshness, duplicate handling and the fallback if the connection is interrupted.

  4. Go-live

Run the agreed workflow with the responsible store and finance teams. Check the result and support requirements before adding more sites.

Questions about Veeder-Root TLS.

Is a Veeder-Root connection already included?

We assess your exact TLS model, software, available reports and authorized access before confirming a connection and delivery scope.

Which records should we bring to the review?

Bring representative tank inventory and delivery reports, POS fuel sales, bills of lading and the tank-to-grade mapping for the site.

Does StationPro replace tank-gauge alarms or required inspections?

The workflow reviews operating records. Your existing alarm processes, site inspections and responsible personnel remain essential.
