What is StationPro?
StationPro is an AI operating team for convenience stores and fuel retailers. It brings daily close, supplier invoices, inventory, fuel, customer growth and store follow-up into connected workflows with source records and owner controls.
Can a convenience store without fuel use StationPro?
Yes. Start with store operations, invoices, inventory, foodservice or customer retention. Fuel and lottery are optional workflows.
What makes StationPro different?
Start by buying a bounded piece of work. Agree the fee and completed output, then check the result before expanding. The workflow carries source records, approvals and open items through your existing systems.
Can I keep my POS and accounting tools?
Yes. We start with your existing systems and validate the required access. Depending on the setup, the path may use an API, file export or permitted computer use. A directory listing alone does not confirm a connector.
What can I start with?
A qualified first engagement can be a 14-day paid sprint for one store and one job. Invoice exception follow-through is one starting point. The clock starts after access and records are ready. Agree the fee, volume and acceptance in writing. Network pilots are scoped separately.
Can StationPro serve operators outside the US?
International operators can request a scoped pilot. Country, currency, language, system access, data handling and local reporting requirements are assessed before rollout.
How much does it cost?
Published platform plans are on the pricing page. AI workflows, connection work, channel usage and network rollouts are scoped in a written proposal so the full engagement cost is clear.
How do we know a pilot worked?
Compare the checked work with the agreed baseline. Separate a requested credit from a posted credit, and an offer launched from incremental profit. Review open items and human effort before choosing a recurring engagement.
What does computer use mean for my store?
Where permitted, an AI agent can work through the software interface your team already uses when an API or file does not complete the job. The workflow follows approval rules and checks the saved result. Exact systems and permissions are validated during scoping.
Does a work sprint automatically become a subscription?
No. The sprint is a bounded paid engagement. After the review, you choose whether to stop, repeat or agree a separate recurring scope. Existing signed agreements continue to govern existing engagements.
