v2026.05

  • FeatureLoss Radar now ranks events by financial impact instead of chronological order, the top 3 events in the inbox are the highest-dollar each shift.
  • ImprovementEOD form pre-populates from POS data within 30 seconds of close (was up to 5 minutes on slower POS feeds).
  • IntegrationVeeder-Root TLS ATG integration moved out of beta, wet-stock loss now reconciles automatically against tank readings.
  • FixLottery serial-gap detection no longer flags returns that were processed but not yet reconciled with the state commission.

  • FeatureAI Assistant now supports cross-store queries, ask "which store had the highest fuel margin last week" and get a ranked answer with citations.
  • ImprovementInvoice OCR price-change detection extended to per-line-item history (not just per-SKU) so quantity-bracket pricing changes get flagged.
  • SecurityAdded SAML 2.0 SSO support for enterprise customers; published key rotation and session-timeout configuration in the security page.

  • FeaturePublic ROI calculator launched at /roi-calculator with sliders for store count, revenue, lottery share, and inside-sales share.
  • IntegrationWEX fuel-card integration entered beta, commercial fuel transactions now reconcile automatically against POS tender.
  • IntegrationXero accounting sync went live, joining QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Quicken.
  • ImprovementPer-feature deep pages launched under /features/[slug] with FAQ and related-features blocks.

v2026.03-03

  • FeaturePer-integration landing pages added under /integrations/[slug], 30+ pages covering Verifone, Gilbarco, Plaid, QuickBooks, CDTFA, and more.
  • ImprovementSolutions hub re-launched with five operator-type verticals: gas stations, c-stores, truck stops, independents, multi-location chains.
  • FixCash variance tolerance bands now respect per-store overrides (was using global defaults for all stores in the same tenant).

  • SecuritySecurity controls catalog published at /security and now visible in vendor due-diligence packages.
  • IntegrationPlaid bank aggregation extended to multi-account portfolios; ACH payments now route through the same Plaid-verified rails.
  • FeatureAudit trail export added as a one-click CSV for outside accountants and auditors.

  • FeatureLoss Radar inbox redesigned with acknowledge / resolve / dismiss workflow and severity-ranked feed.
  • ImprovementMobile dashboard now renders portfolio rollup KPIs without horizontal scroll on phones 360px and wider.
